Once we have confirmed your party, we will email you our entertainment agreement/contract, specific for your event.

DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable.  Personal checks will be accepted for the deposit only.  All contracts and deposits must be received within 5 business days from booking your event and receiving our contract.  If the deposit and contract are not received within the 5 business days the event will be cancelled.  The deposit is applied to the final balance thus reducing the total due.

PAYMENTS: Due to the increased number of NSF checks and checks written on closed accounts, we NO LONGER accept PERSONAL CHECKS for the final payment.  We only accept the following for the final payment:  CASH, MONEY ORDERS, CERT CHECKS or BUSINESS CHECKS.  Payment is due upon our arrival, the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we must be advised in writing (email), no less than 12 hours prior to your start time.  If we arrive at your event and you decide to cancel or reschedule once we are there, during the event, etc, the full payment is due.  In the event of weather related cancellation or rescheduling, we will do
our best to accommodate a future date.  We cannot guarantee dates until the event the booked.

ICE/Severe weather: If the roads are covered in ice, snow or there are severe storms, we will call to discuss options with you. Your deposit will be applied towards a future event with us.

SET UP AREA: LARGE EVENTS: We need to park our truck and trailer next to the set up area.  We must have compete access to the trailer at all times during the event.
If you are collecting tickets, stamping hands etc, you must provide the personnel.  The area also needs to be flat, with no holes and free of any rocks or hazardous items. The grass must be no more than 6 inches tall and not immediately next to a busy street.
Payment is due when we arrive at the event.  Our Staff is not able to setup until payment has been made. If we must wait for the payment, the time will be deducted from your event time. If your event is inside, you must provide the tarp or large floor cover to protect your surface and dispose of the covering once we have completed the event.  We are not liable for damage done to personal property by our animals or staff while conducting our business.

TRAVEL FEE: We do charge 80 cents per mile ONE WAY from our farm to your location.  If your event is 90 miles or more one way please contact us for an exact quote.  Travel minimums apply for locations more than 90 miles one way from us to you.  We verify distances via yahoo-google maps.
Please note that once the contract is executed, we cannot reduce your party fee. You may add to your party at any time, extra pony, add the zoo, etc.  If you should choose to reduce your event after your event is booked you will be responsible for the original contracted fee.
